Trump and Netanyahu Threaten Iran, Iran Vows “Harsh” Response

The rulers of the United States and Israel, Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu, have issued a threat to Iran, saying they will “knock the hell” out of the country if it rebuilds its nuclear or ballistic missile projects. Iran responded and promised a “harsh” and aggressive response if it is attacked.

Recently, Iran’s ruler claimed that it was in a “full-fledged war” with the U.S., Israel, and Europe. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian reiterated the pledge on Tuesday, stating that “Iran’s response to any tyrannical aggression will be harsh and regrettable.”

Iran’s President Claims It’s In A “Full-Fledged War” With The U.S., Israel, and Europe

In response to Trump and Netanyahu’s threats, Rear Admiral Ali Shamkhani, a senior adviser to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, declared on X that Iran’s defense doctrine dictates that “some responses are determined long before threats reach the stage of execution.” He warned that any aggression would be met with an “immediate” and “harsh” response “beyond the imagination of its planners.”

The tit for tat rhetoric comes after the 12-day war ended back in June. It started when the U.S. and Israel conducted a joint airstrike campaign against Iranian nuclear sites, claiming, without evidence, that Tehran was developing a nuclear weapon. Iran denied the accusations and responded with its own strikes on Israel.

It hasn’t been out of the realm of possibility that the U.S. commits war crimes. In fact, it seems more normal now, as the evidence is no longer necessary to kill or destroy.
