Sean “Diddy” Combs was sent to solitary confinement after he was involved in a fight with another inmate in the prison where he’s serving a 50-month term, according to several reports.

The rapper was convicted last year on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and is serving his sentence at Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fort Dix in New Jersey.

The 56-year-old was found guilty a year ago and began serving his sentence at Fort Dix in October.

The fight started after the other inmate made some kind of comment to the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper, ABC News reported.

The music mogul “held his own” during the physical fight that was quickly stopped by staff, TMZ reported, citing multiple sources.

It’s unclear if the other inmate was also thrown in solitary as well.

Combs was moved to the low-security prison after his sentencing because of its drug rehab program and its proximity to his family.

Combs’ high-profile trial last year included testimony from his former girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who claimed he had subjected her to repeated physical abuse, rape and forced sexual encounters involving drugs during their relationship.

A rep for Combs told Fox News Digital he had no comment.

Outisde of FCI Fort Dix

A representative for the Federal Bureau of Prisons told Fox News Digital: “For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not release information regarding the conditions of confinement for any inmate, including housing assignments, nor do we discuss whether a particular inmate is the subject of allegations, investigations, or sanctions.”

Combs is currently scheduled to be released from prison in February 2028, but that could be pushed back due to bad behavior.
