Should We Be Preparing? Iowa Governor Extends Bird Flu “Disaster Declaration”

Iowa’s governor Kim Reynolds has extended that bird flu “disaster declaration” after the virus was discovered in Palo Alto County. This extension will last until January 7th, 2025.

According to KCRG, an ABC News affiliate, the extension comes as the USDA has confirmed positive cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in both of these counties. This marks the fifth detection of H5N1 HPAI in poultry within the state of Iowa in 2024.

H5N1 HPAI (highly pathogenic avian influenza) is a viral disease that affects wild and domestic birds. Wild birds can carry the virus without showing any symptoms, but it is often fatal in domestic flocks. The virus can also infect dairy cattle, but with proper care, herds can recover with little to no mortality.

Much of the “death” from the bird flu is also from forced culling by micro tyrants.

Rulers Culling Birds Amid Avian Influenza

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) believes that the threat to public health is still low with regards to this virus, and it is still safe to eat eggs and poultry products. Always properly handle and cook eggs and poultry to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. The CDC also claims that there has still been no evidence of person-to-person transmission, but two human cases are still of unknown origin.

A bird flu narrative is slowly being crafted as the mainstream media and rulers attempt to panic the masses to the best of their ability.

Are We In Denial About The Bird Flu?

News Medical reported that genetic analysis during a study revealed potential HA receptor-binding adaptations facilitating human infections, though no human-to-human transmission has been reported. Historical evidence of receptor-binding shifts highlights the risk of pandemics, necessitating further research on H5N1 evolution globally.

This study shows that it is possible that the mutations to adapt this influenza to human beings are possible, and could happen at any time. We should all do our best to prepare, just in case the tyranny gets unbearable, but we should also be ready for this to actually do real harm to human beings.

Bird Flu Confirmed In Human Child

It isn’t known whether or not this is going to expand and mutate to infect humans, but if it comes to that, it could be helpful to have a few things on hand to mitigate the chances of getting infected with the virus. It may also be helpful to know how to care for someone who is sick with a minimal chance of the caregiver also getting sick.
