Yesterday we showed off the new Zero Tolerance 0203, latest folder inbound – well, here already, actually – from that branch of the KAI brand family. Today we’ve got a rundown of the six fresh folders from Kershaw’s second 2025 product reveal.

Bel Air Clip

The flagship premium Kershaw offering, the Bel Air, is being rolled out with a fresh blade shape, a straight-edged and business-like clip point. Other than the shape, all the other signature Bel Air details – including the DuraLock construction and MagnaCut steel – have been left in place.

Launch 21

Don’t let the name lead you astray; this Launch is a variant rather than a completely new model. It’s the Launch 16 chassis with a hefty drop point in lieu of the predecessor’s tanto. The model retains its hard use status with a 3.45-inch blade made from CPM-M4 steel.

Remnant

Next up is the Remnant, a fresh entry into Kershaw’s teeming everyday carry lineup. The design is clean and almost cute, with black linen Micarta handles and a 3.25-inch spear blade fashioned from D2. We’ve got yet another appearance of the button lock, which has been cropping up just about everywhere lately.

Runoff

The Runoff approaches the daily carry concept from a different angle, and at a lower price point. Its drop point blade looks a bit more aggro but is fairly compact at 3.1 inches, and it’s made from 8Cr13MoV instead of D2. The GFN handles contain both a separate backspacer element and, again, a button lock.

Outfield

The most entry-level of this product reveal’s, well, entries, the Outfield is also the smallest. Its 2.8-inch 4Cr14 blade is a clean and simple drop point – and, indeed, the whole knife is clean and simple. No button lock here; instead, there is a liner lock under the hood, and a spring-assisted action.

Sequence

Breaking from the black handle stylings of the other sub-$100 Kershaws offered here, the Sequence has handles made from gray GFN sporting a caltrop texture pattern. The DuraLock makes another appearance here, and the blade length for the Sequence is the largest of this batch of budget-focused blades, measuring 3.32 inches.
