Bear Creek Arsenal will be selling 5.56 NATO cartridges loaded with a 55-grain boattail bullet. This ammunition will be manufactured at Bear Creek Arsenal’s facilities in Sanford, NC. 5.56 NATO 55-grain ammunition is widely considered to be the standard for target practice, training, competition shooting and general-purpose recreational use when it comes to modern semi-automatic rifles such as AR-15 pattern firearms and similar firearms.
