Modular Driven Technologies Ltd. has just released the second-generation version of its popular Send It electronic level. This latest model builds on the success of MDT’s original Send It model. In addition to offering a more compact design, this new version of the MDT Send It is more modular.

The Send It electronic level is designed for precision-rifle shooting competitors and long-range shooting enthusiasts who rely on the device to indicate when their rifles are level and thus “cleared” to shoot. The MDT Send It’s easy-to-see LED array allows shooters to focus on their targets and look through their scopes without having to squint at hard to see bubble levels and guess where the bubble lies exactly between the fine lines.

The Send It Gen 2 has three different LEDs: blue, green and red. When the device is mounted to a precision rifle and activated, the green LED will light up once the rifle is properly level, indicating to the shooter that it is fine to press the trigger and send the round downrange. It’s also small enough that it can be mounted on many different parts of the rifle, not just the side of the receiver only.

Modular Driven Technologies Gen 2 Send It Electronic Level Features

  • 50-percent smaller than original Send It, with a low-profile design
  • Configurable button that can flip 180 degrees
  • User-selectable LED light models with single blinking LED options
  • Auto power off can be programmed to cut out after 1 to 5 hours
  • Improved 200-hour battery life off a single CR2032 battery
  • Ocular kit included, allows a ring of LED lights to be fitted over rear of the scope remotely
  • V mount included

“The Gen2 continues our mission to eliminate distractions behind the rifle,” said Derrick Guay, vice president of sales and marketing at MDT. “We’ve packed more capability into a smaller, tougher package so shooters can trust their equipment and focus 100 percent on the shot.”

The MDT Send It Gen 2 electronic level retails for $229.95. Visit mdttac.com to learn more about this product as well as other gear made by MDT.
