Henry Repeating Arms recently released the new Mini Bolt Youth G2, an upgraded version of its popular single-shot, .22-caliber, bolt-action rifle designed for youth learning the basics of marksmanship and firearms safety. The key improvement to this rifle is an integrated feed ramp in the receiver, allowing for easier loading and smoother operation.

Built with a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel barrel and receiver, the Mini Bolt Youth G2 is designed to withstand the wear and tear of training environments such as outdoor camps, shooting ranges and instructional programs. Weighing just 3.25 pounds, it’s light enough to shoulder comfortably while maintaining both durability and balance. The synthetic stock features wraparound checkering for a secure grip and is available in both classic black and Muddy Girl camo finishes.

Safety is central to the design of the Mini Bolt Youth G2, and the rifle both a manual thumb safety switch and an exposed cocking knob at the rear of the bolt. This dual-layer system provides visual and tactile confirmation before each shot, making it easier for mentors to demonstrate and reinforce responsible firearm use.

To ensure accuracy and boost confidence in new shooters, the rifle has bright fiber-optic sights with two red rear dots and a green front dot, aiding in both acquiring and teaching a proper sight picture under a variety of lighting conditions. The rifle also has an 11.5-inch length-of-pull to fit smaller frames more comfortably.

“As a family-owned company and longtime advocate for youth shooting sports, we feel that it’s our responsibility to deliver the kinds of products that families use to pass down tradition, make memories, and spend quality time together,” said Anthony Imperato, Founder and CEO of Henry Repeating Arms. “The Mini Bolt Youth G2 reflects that mission with every detail, and I look forward to hearing from families all over the country who choose to make it a part of their story.”

As with every Henry firearm, the Mini Bolt Youth G2 is proudly made in Wisconsin and backed by a lifetime warranty.

The Mini Bolt Youth G2 has an MSRP of $335. For more information about the new and improved Mini Bolt Youth G2 or other products from Henry, visit henryusa.com.
